Before you book: your card needs available room for the full deposit authorization, and it's worth calling your card company ahead of time to flag an incoming authorization from Florida so it isn't declined as suspicious activity.

Transport & Delivery Options
Original Transport Cart
Ships on its dedicated, high-mobility cart. Requires enclosed freight shipping to keep the system protected in transit. Costs more than the crated option due to the added weight and dimensions of the cart itself.
Heat-Treated Wooden Crates
Recommended for long-distance shipping or long-term storage. Typically ships as 2–3 pallets depending on system configuration. Also requires freight movement, but offers a more compact, rugged shipping profile than the cart.

We can ship on your FedEx account, or add the shipping cost to your final invoice. Cost varies by service type and distance.
Inventory & Reservations
We stock 20–30 kits but cannot guarantee which specific kit you'll receive. Kits can be fully booked, especially near month-end, so plan ahead. We do not accept advance reservations — all rentals are fulfilled in real time, since schedules change often.
Top-of-Jack Kit Requirements
If renting a top-of-jack kit, your jack needs a 1″ mounting hole. If it doesn't, tell us your jack type and we'll dispatch a suitable adapter with the rental. We do not support Jack House jacks. See general adapter info, Meyer jack adapters, or Tronair jack adapters for details.

No — we don't accept advance reservations. All rentals are fulfilled in real time based on current stock, since operator schedules change frequently. Kits can sell out near the end of the month, so call ahead when possible.
What if my jack doesn't have a 1-inch mounting hole?
Tell us your jack type when you call and we'll dispatch a compatible adapter with your rental kit at no extra step on your end. We do not support Jack House jacks.
Can I buy the rental unit instead of returning it?
Yes. Every kit in our rental fleet is also available for purchase — test it during your rental week, and if it fits your operation, we can convert it to a sale.
Do you rent large jet wheel-spacing systems like the Intercomp AC30-60?
Yes. The AC30-60 is a modular high-capacity system with configurable bridge spacers (15″ and 25″) for aircraft requiring wide wheel spacing, including a 59.250″ center-to-center configuration. Confirm your aircraft's hub-to-hub measurement before requesting a rental so the correct spacer size ships with your system.
